Chapter Eleven
Overcoming Every Time!
Satan deceives the whole world, but our God watches over us, as His elect cannot be deceived. Satan is no match for the Word of God. The Word of God will defeat Satan every time and everywhere!
And the great dragon was cast out, that old serpent, called the Devil, and Satan, which deceiveth the whole world:
Revelation 12:9
God’s Word tells us we overcome Satan by the blood of the Lamb and the Word of our testimony. God’s Word is the power and is put into action when spoken.
And they overcame him by the blood of the Lamb, and by the Word of their testimony;
Revelation 12:11
Jesus Christ meets every qualification to be our redeemer. He came to earth as a human to be our near kinsman and shed His blood to pay the price of redemption. He, by His Spirit, takes up residence in the hearts of His believers, walking in them and talking through them. We truly become one with Him through the Word. This is much more than church membership.
I have truly had all the questions from my youth answered with clarity from the Scriptures.
Just as the Bible had many writers but only one author, God is the orchestrater of many people for His purpose in each of our lives.
Looking back over my life, I am so thankful for all the wonderful people and ministers God orchestrated in my life to get me to be one with Him. However, like the Apostle Paul, I also have not apprehended.
Brethren, I count not myself to have apprehended: but this one thing I do, forgetting those things which are behind, and reaching forth unto those things which are before, I press toward the mark of the high calling in God in Christ Jesus.
Philippians 3:13,14
Christ, the Written Word and the Living Word in me, is—The Word of My Testimony.
