Richard Milligan

Richard Milligan is an accomplished businessman with a background in the ministry. He has served as Assistant Pastor to Benny Hinn during the early 1980’s, then became an evangelist with Morris Cerrulo, traveling worldwide hosting healing campaigns. Richard later became pastor of his own church in affiliation with Gerald Derstine of Christian Retreat. He currently resides in Florida.
